COVID TESTING OFFERED FOR STUDENTS Saliva testing for students is now available for students. The above information includes a pre-registration link and a saliva test link. The student can pre-register with Vault prior to coming for saliva testing which will occur on the following dates in May. It will be offered on 5-5-21 and 5-19-21 between 8am-2pm. Registration may be done on a student's or parents's phone prior to the test. If a student is unable to do this, staff may assist with this, when the student comes to the conference room next to the Health office at the Elementary school .Students in grades 6-11 must come with a parent. Students that are age 18 yrs. may receive a test with a parent's phone permission. Please call 254-5726 Ext #2908 for a parent authorized phone permission or to schedule a time. Test results are privately given to the student's or parent's email address within 24-28 hrs. Vault Health Pre-Registration Link: http://vaulthealth.com/covid/start?var_c=onpre Use this link to create an account with Vault Health if you don't already have one. You can do this now. You can skip the section on health insurance. If you previously created an account with Vault when we had the free COVID-19 tests this past fall, you can use that account. We have been assured, even if you did enter in your health insurance information, you will not be billed for the tests. COVID-19 Saliva Test Link: http://covid.vlt.co/ Login with the account you set up during pre-registration or when you registered for the free COVID test last fall. Follow the steps to complete the test. If you have any questions during the test, the school nurse will be able to assist you.

Summer Swimming with Mr. Boehm Mr. Boehm is offering summer swimming to grades 3-12 this summer. Register with Community Ed (254-1431) if you are interested in improving your swimming skills this summer. Online registration is also available at paychisholmschools.org.

Summer Drivers Training Summer Drivers Training is scheduled for Monday, June 7th through Friday, June 18th, 2021. 8:30 -11:30 am. Class will be offered via Zoom. Cost is $90.00. Please pick up a registration form from the Community Ed office or register online at paychisholmschools.org. Registration must be received before June 1st. Students need to be at least 14 1/2 years old to take this class.

SUMMER STRENGTH PROGRAM "Any Chisholm Students going into grades 7-12 interested in a free summer strength and conditioning program please stop by room 209 and see Mr. Lewis."

DATES TO REMEMBER *Honor Awards Night will be held on May 19th at 6:00pm *Athletic Awards Night is planned for Wednesday - June 2nd *Baccalaureate will be held for Seniors on May 26th *Graduation will be on June 4th *Summer School begins on June 7th

ADAPT Fallyn will not be taking any students today unless she calls for them

PSEO/CITS APPLICATIONS Any student planning on taking a PSEO or CITS class needs to hand in a completed application to Mrs. Crotteau by May 31st. Check your email for the application.

FOOTBALL MEETING "There will be a meeting this Friday at 2:20 in Mr. Milani's room for anyone interested in joining football this fall. Please see Mr. Milani if you cannot attend."

END OF YEAR FOOD SHELF FOOD DRIVE FOOD SHELF FOOD DRIVE will be held for the next 2 weeks. Students will be divided into teams by GRADE LEVEL. Each grade will have a home room drop off for the food. At the end of the drive, May 28th, the winning Grade Level will have the chance to be exempt from one Final. See Mr. Steinberg with any questions

YEARBOOKS Students can pick up your yearbook on Wednesday, May 19th at the following times by the High School Office Before School until 8:15, During Lunch, After School If you are a Senior and are unable to pick your yearbook up on Wednesday, May 19th- PLEASE SEE Ms. Carroll in Room 215. She will be there until 3:15. There are still yearbooks available for purchase: See Ms. Carroll if you would like to buy one. There are a limited number of extra copies, once they're gone- they're gone. The cost is $70
